My testimony translates psychological research into clear, evidence-based explanations to assist triers of fact in understanding the potential functional and long-term impacts of non-visible psychological conditions, where supported by the record.
In my role as a professor of Psychology, I do not conduct clinical evaluations or provide diagnosis or treatment. Instead, I review available records and may consult with treating providers to explain how documented symptoms and diagnoses can be expressed functionally, including potential effects on occupational performance, earning capacity, interpersonal functioning, and overall quality of life.
